Processing & Delivery Time

Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouses as quickly as possible once payment has been confirmed. -
Estimated Transit Time: 5–7 business days for all destinations within Canada & USA (delivery Monday-Friday).
- Total Shipping Time: 6–10 business days for all destinations within Canada & USA (delivery Monday-Friday).
Important:
- Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or customs clearance.
Order Cutoff Time

Daily cutoff for order processing: 5:00 PM EST.
Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Please Note:
- Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update in the shipping carrier’s system.
- If your tracking status shows "No information available," we kindly ask for your patience during this update window.
- If there’s still no update after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we’ll assist you.
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.
- To request a cancellation, contact our customer service team promptly by email at info@skinmochi.com
Please Note:
- Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. You may still proceed with a return under our 30-day return policy after receiving your package.
Address Changes
If you need to correct or update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Changes can only be made before your order is shipped.
- Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
For urgent changes, reach out to our customer service team right away by phone or email.
Lost or Damaged Packages
At SkinMochi, we take full responsibility for packages that are lost or damaged during transit.
If your order is lost, delayed beyond reason, or arrives damaged:
- We will reship your order at no additional cost, or
- Process a full refund based on your preference.
Please Note:
- If a package was lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, we cannot guarantee a free replacement or refund.
Currency & Pricing
- All prices listed on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
- All transactions will be processed in Canadian Dollars.
- Any applicable currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged by your bank or card issuer.

- Free Standard Shipping (with tracking) — Free for all orders.
